After the first leg (from September 18 to 22), the team of scriptwriters and directors of RACCONTI #8 – IDM Script Lab, will return to Chiusa, in Val D’Isarco, from November 11 to 15 to continue the work of developing original concepts and analyses of series storytelling techniques, conducted by the new Creative Advisor, Nicola Lusuardi, scriptwriter and international television series expert, flanked by Angelica Cantisani, Project Manager since 2016 of the TorinoFilmLab.
Three teams have been selected for this eighth edition of the writing workshop organized by the IDM South Tyrol Film Fund and Commission – six authors in all – from Austria, Germany and Sweden: Carolina Hellsgård and Olivia Vieweg, Gabriel Borgetto and Helena Hofman, Sebastian Sattlerand Johannes Kotzke.
The experts leading them are Cyril Tysz, the French story editor and producer as well as a scriptwriter for Fox Television and Marvel, who is following the whole process of the teams’ work; at his side, examining the various aspects linked to Production Design will be Ludovica Ferrario, Paolo Sorrentino’s production designer and, finally, acting as the coordinator for the pitches once the projects are ready, Gino Ventriglia, story editor for Rai Cinema, Tao 2 and Cattleya.
So this year the participants, in parallel with the writing process, will also be working on the Production and Audience Design in order to get a real feel of the aspects connected to these two spheres.
The RACCONTI Script Lab is organized also thanks to the cooperation of the Tourist Association of Chiusa, Barbiano, Velturno and Vil- landro.
