Three TV series and a movie were filmed in Turin and the surrounding area in December with the support of the Film Commission Torino Piedmont (FCTP).
The second season of “La Strada di Casa” – a Casanova Multimedia production for Rai Fiction, “Bentornato Presidente”, an Indigo Film and Vision Distribution co-production starring Claudio Bisio and “Ognuno è perfetto”, directed by Giacomo Campiotti, produced by Viola Film for Rai Fiction, with Edoardo Leo, Cristiana Capotondi, Nicole Grimaudo, Piera degli Esposti and Lele Vannoli, which filmed for a further two weeks in January.
Plus the feature movie by Vincenzo Alfieri, “Gli uomini d’oro”, produced by Fulvio and Federica Lucisano for Italian International Film with Rai Cinema, again starring Edoardo Leo with Fabio De Luigi and Giampaolo Morelli.
117 productions received support from the FCTP in the course of 2018: 12 feature movies for cinema, 9 television series, 15 shorts (3 of which through the Short Film Fund), 35 documentaries (18 of which through the June 2018 open call of the Piemonte Doc Film Fund), and 46 productions ranging from adverts (24), to TV broadcasts (10), photo shoots (4), institutional films (4) and music video clips (4).
