
The film “Palazzo di Giustizia”, the debut work of Chiara Bellosi who will be at the Berlinale in the Generation, 14plus section, was shot entirely in Turin over 5 weeks last spring.
The feature film was produced by Carlo Cresto-Dina’s Tempesta with Rai Cinema, in co-production with the Swiss Cinédokkè, with the support of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities-Cinema Department, the contribution of the Piemonte Film TV Fund open call and the support of the Film Commission Torino Piemonte, and will be distributed by Istituto Luce Cinecittà.
The professionals and artistic cast will also feature a strong presence from Turin and Piedmont, with 60% of local workers including the director of production Andrea Tavani, the location manager Alessandra Curti, Stefano Cravero in charge of the editing and the acting coach Tatiana Lepore.
The film was also entirely post produced in Turin by Fabrizio Nastasi’s Imago VFX and Zero dB, with sound designer Vito Martinelli and the foley artist Riccardo Olivero.
Filming is in progress in Piedmont on “What Have We Done Wrong” by Liliana Torres, a coproduction between Mexico and Spain, with the ex- ecutive production service provided by Luca Legnani’s 9.99 Film.
Shooting will start at the beginning of March in Turin on the TV series about the pioneers of heart surgery at the Molinette hospital in the early ‘60s, “Cuori Coraggiosi” directed by Riccardo Donna and produced by Aurora TV and Rai Fiction.
