
Following the 9% increase in attendance registered last year, Kidscreen Summit, which is rapidly becoming the leading world conference on the children’s entertainment business, returns to Miami from February 11 to 14 when over two thousand delegates from over 50 countries are expected.
There will be four days of intense networking and professional training to understand current demands, opportunities and market challenges, to discover new talents and build relations with potential partners.
Among the numerous meetings scheduled are those with the director of Rai Ragazzi, Luca Milano and the director of the De Agostini Editore TV channels (DeAKids, DeAJunior and Super!) Massimo Bruno, the protagonists of two “30 minutes with …”, sessions that offer a chance to learn about the plans and future priorities of the main content investors for the children’s industry.
In Miami there will also be a large group of Italian producers and distributors includingRai Com, Atlantyca, Gruppo Alcuni, Mondo TV, Rainbow, Studio Campedelli, Movimen- ti Productions, Showlab, Studio Bozzetto,Congedo CulturArte, Animoka Studios, beQ entertainment, Maga Animation Studios andEnanimation.
Plus over 3,500 programs, pilots and show reels on the KidscreenXchange platform to show new content and partners to buyers and investors.
At the Kidscreen Summit there will also be four Speed Pitching sessions and the Kidscreen Awards celebrating televi- sion excellence for kids.
