The research paper entitled “ The significance of cinema and audiovisuals for regions” presented in Rome last March provides sector professionals with the image of a reality that has now consolidated its role in Italian audiovisuals.
But maybe it is just the start of a new journey.
The report realized by the Fondazione Rosselli for Istituto Luce – Cinecittà under the supervision of the Directorate General for Cinema – the MiBACT (Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities) and in collaboration with the Italian Film Commissions offers, for the first time, an exhaustive picture of the policies of regional support for the sector.
Inside we publish an interview with Bruno Zambardino, editor of the Research , a summary of the contribution from Paolo Di Maira appendixed to the research and an interview with Stefania Ippoliti, president of the Italian Film Commissions.
